both comfortable and quiet. Both cabins are fully furnished
and complete with bathrooms, kitchenette, and sleeping area.

$150.00 per couple and $45.00 per day per extra guest per night.

- OUR FULL SERVICE PACKAGE
Based on double occupancy, this package includes lodging, continental
breakfast, lunch and the evening meal consisting of hot appetizers,
a variety of family style entrees and serious deserts. $230.00
per couple per night and $85.00 per extra guest per night.

THE
HARMONY HAUS:
Harmony HAUS is a beautiful two story cabin
with a spiral stairway and two decks for enjoying those Alaskan sunrises
and sunsets over the lake. Harmony HAUS comfortably
sleeps 3 couples or 3 individuals. It is fully furnished with a private
bath.

The " GRILL HAUS" is a social gathering place
for all guests to enjoy!
The "Grill Haus" is our latest addition complete
with fireplace, hot tub commercial
grill & dining with a view!
Special group discounts and packages to include fishing charters
and other special events. Contact SCHWAGER HAUS for details.
We require a 50% deposit to hold your
reservation and will need to confirm as soon as possible, as we
fill up quickly each season.
Be sure to bring a cooler or fish
boxes to transport your catch home.
A 5% Mat-Su Borough "Bed"
tax will be added to the total lodging bill due at check out.
Fully guided, Salmon fishing (1/2 day $125.00 per person, full day
$150.00 per person) Complete packages including lodging, fishing,
and breakfast are negotiable for groups of 4 guests or more, please

conditions require, and it cannot be held responsible for
expenses incurred due to delays or cancellations as
a result of weather, transportation or acts of God. SCHWAGER
HAUS will not be liable for any loss,
damage or injury to persons or property due to accidents, fire,
theft or other circumstances beyond its control.
SCHWAGER HAUS cannot be responsible for
emergency regulation changes or closures enacted by
the Alaska Department of Fish and Game.
